Cooked just right, with distinctive seasoning and elegant presentation, the cuisine of the chef and his five-person brigade reveals the high quality of each ingredient in your dish. Patrick Durdan has cooked in this establishment for over 20 years, and received the title of "Maître Restaurateur" in 2013.

We offer à la carte and standard menus. We also have a lunch menu that is made with fresh products from the open-air market. Our chef can also adapt his cuisine to your allergies or specific diet.

  • Lunchtime and evening every day except Wednesday lunchtime.
  • Guests are served at lunchtime from 12:00 to 13:15, and in the evening from 19:00 to 21:15.
  • The hotel and restaurant are closed in November.

The restaurant also offers a €22 lunch menu (starter + main course + dessert).
